Once we present you with a set of custom floorplans, construction specifications, budgets, and contract documents we're ready to break ground! 

In this phase, we focus on refining the details of your new home. We understand how overwhelming this process can be with all of the choices you have, inspiration you see, and deadlines you have to meet, so we'll be there to guide you through each decision along the way. With our years of experience, extensive product knowledge, and an in-house selections and design coordinator we are well equipped to assist you in achieving your design goals. 

Once design features and materials are selected, our team's attention turns to actual construction, where building your dream home becomes our number one priority. During any construction project obstacles are likely to come up, but our goal is to keep you informed and to be prepared to help you solve any issues easily and efficiently.
